Recently I was invited to judge a round of Empire Mock Trial’s New York competition, which took place between October 11th and 14th at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
According to Empire’s website, its mock trial teams comprise a global network, representing diverse student participants from as far as Australia and as near as Suffolk County.
Consistent with my previous experience with this event was the impressive preparation of the participants.
